Energizer Outings
Staff relations and effective communications are directly related to the success or failure of the dental practice. Our main focus is to improve team interaction, bonding, and communication. We incorporate activities outside of the office that we relate back to our everyday tasks at work, and how they correlate to the office.
S Our job is to transform practices into high-performance, high-productivity businesses by motivating their teams for success!
O From a team standpoint, they are mostly broken; in fact, somewhat dysfunctional.
A Everything we will be doing will have a purpose and be intentional. Let’s compare your team to sports: A fractured team is just like a broken arm or leg; fixing it is always painful and sometimes you have to re-break it to allow it to heal correctly. The re-break hurts a lot more than the initial break, because you have to do it on purpose. Most teams have more experience and are more talented than the practice next door. Yet, they still scramble to make their goals continuously.
P We will make some changes. We will make your team and practice successful!
You do this for one reason: You go through this to achieve results. I believe this is the true measure of a team. You can not be successful until you address the issues that are preventing you from acting like a team.
